Ingredients
| 1 cup | finger millet flour (marua) |
| 2 cups | water |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 1 teaspoon | ghee |
Instructions
- 1 In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- 2 Add a pinch of salt to the boiling water.
- 3 Gradually add the finger millet flour to the boiling water while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- 4 Reduce the heat to low and continue to stir the mixture until it thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
- 5 Once thickened, cover the pan and let it cook on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6 Remove from heat and add ghee, mixing well until the ghee is fully incorporated.
- 7 Serve hot as a side dish or a light meal.
Tips
For a richer taste, you can add a bit more ghee before serving.
