Ingredients

2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup cucumber, finely diced
2 tablespoons raisins
1 tablespoon dried mint
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
walnuts, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1 In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt and finely diced cucumber.
  2. 2 Add the raisins, dried mint, fresh dill, and minced garlic to the yogurt mixture.
  3. 3 Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. 4 Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. 5 Before serving, stir the mixture again and transfer to a serving dish.
  6. 6 Garnish with chopped walnuts if desired.

Tips

For a richer taste, use full-fat yogurt. Adjust the amount of dried mint to your preference.
