| 2 cups | plain yogurt |
| 1 cup | cucumber, finely diced |
| 2 tablespoons | raisins |
| 1 tablespoon | dried mint |
| 1 tablespoon | fresh dill, chopped |
| 1 clove | garlic, minced |
| — | salt to taste |
| — | black pepper to taste |
| — | walnuts, chopped (optional for garnish) |
Instructions
- 1 In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt and finely diced cucumber.
- 2 Add the raisins, dried mint, fresh dill, and minced garlic to the yogurt mixture.
- 3 Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and mix well to combine all ingredients.
- 4 Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 5 Before serving, stir the mixture again and transfer to a serving dish.
- 6 Garnish with chopped walnuts if desired.
Tips
For a richer taste, use full-fat yogurt. Adjust the amount of dried mint to your preference.
