Ingredients
| 2 cups | plain yogurt |
| 1 teaspoon | cumin seeds |
| 1 teaspoon | mustard seeds |
| 1 teaspoon | ginger paste |
| 1 teaspoon | green chili paste |
| 1 teaspoon | sugar |
| 1/2 teaspoon | black salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | salt |
| 1 tablespoon | fresh coriander leaves, chopped |
| 1 tablespoon | oil |
| 1 cup | water |
Instructions
- 1 In a mixing bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.
- 2 Add water to the yogurt and continue whisking until well combined.
- 3 Heat oil in a small pan over medium heat.
- 4 Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds to the hot oil and let them splutter.
- 5 Add ginger paste and green chili paste to the pan and sauté for a minute.
- 6 Pour the tempered mixture into the yogurt and water mixture.
- 7 Add sugar, black salt, and regular salt to the yogurt mixture and mix well.
- 8 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
Tips
Adjust the amount of green chili paste to your spice preference.
