Ingredients

1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, peas)
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1 tablespoon mustard oil
1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon green chilies, chopped
1 onion, sliced
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2 Add chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilies, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3 Add sliced onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
