| 1 cup | mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, peas) |
| 1 cup | cabbage, shredded |
| 1 tablespoon | mustard oil |
| 1 teaspoon | ginger, finely chopped |
| 1 teaspoon | garlic, finely chopped |
| 1 teaspoon | green chilies, chopped |
| 1 | onion, sliced |
| 1 teaspoon | turmeric powder |
| 1 teaspoon | salt |
| 1 teaspoon | black pepper powder |
| 2 tablespoons | coriander leaves, chopped |
Instructions
- 1 Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 2 Add chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilies, sauté until fragrant.
- 3 Add sliced onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
- 4 Add mixed vegetables and cabbage, stir well.
