| 1 cup | sticky rice |
| 1 cup | grated coconut |
| 1/2 cup | jaggery |
| 1 pinch | salt |

Instructions
- 1 Wash the sticky rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 4-5 hours or overnight.

- 5 Combine the rice paste with the coconut-jaggery mixture, mixing thoroughly.
- 6 Grease a steamer plate or a shallow dish with a little oil.
- 7 Pour the mixture into the greased dish and spread it evenly.
- 8 Steam the mixture for about 30-40 minutes or until it sets and is cooked through.
- 9 Allow it to cool slightly before cutting into pieces and serving.
Tips
Ensure the rice paste is not too fine to maintain the traditional texture of Narikolor Sandah.
