Ingredients

vegetable oil 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Garlic 3 cloves Garlic , minced
Chili 1 Chili , sliced
Chicken Breast 300 grams Chicken Breast , thinly sliced
soy sauce 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
oyster sauce 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
fish sauce 1 teaspoon Fish sauce
sugar 1 teaspoon Sugar
Thai Basil 1 cup Thai Basil , leaves
lime 1 Lime , cut into wedges for serving
jasmine rice Jasmine rice , cooked, for serving

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. 2 Add the minced garlic and sliced red chili, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. 3 Add the sliced chicken breast to the pan and stir-fry until it is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4 Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar, mixing well to combine all the flavors.
  5. 5 Add the Thai basil leaves and stir-fry for another minute until the leaves are wilted.
  6. 6 Serve the stir-fry hot with cooked jasmine rice and lime wedges on the side.

Tips

For a spicier dish, add more red chili or use bird's eye chilies.
