Ingredients
| 1 cup | jaggery |
| 3 cups | water |
| 1 teaspoon | cardamom powder |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 1 teaspoon | dry ginger powder |
| 1 tablespoon | lemon juice |
| 1 tablespoon | tulsi leaves |
Instructions
- 1 Dissolve the jaggery in 3 cups of water and strain to remove any impurities.
- 2 Add cardamom powder, a pinch of salt, and dry ginger powder to the jaggery water.
- 3 Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- 4 Add lemon juice and mix again.
- 5 Garnish with tulsi leaves before serving.
- 6 Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Tips
Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less jaggery according to your taste preference.
