Ingredients

1 cup jaggery
3 cups water
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon dry ginger powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon tulsi leaves

Instructions

  1. 1 Dissolve the jaggery in 3 cups of water and strain to remove any impurities.
  2. 2 Add cardamom powder, a pinch of salt, and dry ginger powder to the jaggery water.
  3. 3 Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  4. 4 Add lemon juice and mix again.
  5. 5 Garnish with tulsi leaves before serving.
  6. 6 Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Tips

Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less jaggery according to your taste preference.
