200 grams | Paneer , cubed |

2 tablespoons | Ghee |
|
1 medium | Onion , finely chopped |
|
1 medium | Tomato , finely chopped |
|
1 medium | Bell Pepper , green, finely chopped |
|
2 cloves | Garlic , minced |
|
1 inch | Ginger , grated |
|
2 pieces | Chili , finely chopped |
|
1/2 teaspoon | Turmeric powder |
|
1 teaspoon | Red chili powder |
|
1 teaspoon | Coriander powder |
|
1/2 teaspoon | Garam masala |
|
salt | To taste |

2 tablespoons | Cilantro , chopped |
Instructions
- 1 Crumble the paneer into small pieces and set aside.
- 2 Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- 3 Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- 4 Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and green chilies. Sauté for another minute.
- 5 Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate.
- 6 Add the chopped green bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- 7 Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
- 8 Add the crumbled paneer and mix thoroughly with the masala.
- 9 Cook for 3-4 minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the flavors.
- 10 Sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
- 11 Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
Tips
For a richer taste, you can add a tablespoon of cream or milk while cooking.
