200 grams fresh fish (preferably raw river fish)
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon green chili paste
1 teaspoon mustard oil
1 teaspoon bamboo shoot juice
1 medium-sized tomato, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Clean the fish thoroughly and cut it into small pieces.
  2. 2 In a mixing bowl, combine the fish pieces with ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, and salt.
  3. 3 Add mustard oil and bamboo shoot juice to the mixture and mix well.
  4. 4 Add the chopped tomato and coriander leaves to the bowl and mix everything together.
  5. 5 Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. 6 Serve the Pasa chilled as a refreshing starter or side dish.
