Ingredients
| 200 grams | fresh fish (preferably raw river fish) |
| 1 tablespoon | ginger-garlic paste |
| 1 teaspoon | green chili paste |
| 1 teaspoon | mustard oil |
| 1 teaspoon | bamboo shoot juice |
| 1 | medium-sized tomato, finely chopped |
| 1 tablespoon | fresh coriander leaves, chopped |
| 1 teaspoon | salt to taste |
Instructions
- 1 Clean the fish thoroughly and cut it into small pieces.
- 2 In a mixing bowl, combine the fish pieces with ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, and salt.
- 3 Add mustard oil and bamboo shoot juice to the mixture and mix well.
- 4 Add the chopped tomato and coriander leaves to the bowl and mix everything together.
- 5 Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 6 Serve the Pasa chilled as a refreshing starter or side dish.
