| 2 units | green chilies |
| 1 teaspoon | cumin seeds |
| to taste | salt |
| 1 unit | onion, finely chopped |
| 2 tablespoons | oil or ghee |

- 6 Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil or ghee.
- 7 Pour a ladleful of batter onto the center of the pan and spread it outwards in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
- 8 Drizzle a little oil or ghee around the edges and on top of the dosa.
- 9 Sprinkle chopped onions, coriander leaves, and optional green chilies over the dosa.
- 10 Cook until the edges start to lift and the bottom turns golden brown.
- 11 Flip the dosa and cook for another minute, if desired, for extra crispness.
- 12 Serve hot with coconut chutney or ginger chutney.
Tips
For a spicier version, increase the number of green chilies in the batter.
