1 cup | Jaggery |

1 cup | Semolina |

1 cup | Rice flour |

1 teaspoon | Cardamom , powder |

1 pinch | Salt |
|
as needed | Water |

Instructions
- 1 Remove seeds from the jackfruit pods and finely chop the pods.
- 2 In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped jackfruit, grated coconut, and jaggery.
- 3 Add semolina, rice flour, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt to the mixture.
- 4 Mix all ingredients thoroughly, adding water gradually to form a thick batter.
- 5 Heat coconut oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- 6 Once the oil is hot, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the oil.
- 7 Fry the mulik until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- 8 Remove from oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- 9 Serve warm as a snack or dessert.
