Ingredients

300 grams pork, cut into cubes
2 cups mustard leaves, chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch ginger, grated
2 tablespoons mustard oil
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
salt to taste
water as needed

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2 Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
  3. 3 Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for another minute.
  4. 4 Add the pork cubes to the pan and cook until they are browned on all sides.
  5. 5 Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt over the pork, and mix well.
