| 300 grams | pork, cut into cubes |
| 2 cups | mustard leaves, chopped |
| 1 medium | onion, sliced |
| 3 cloves | garlic, minced |
| 1 inch | ginger, grated |
| 2 tablespoons | mustard oil |
| 1 teaspoon | turmeric powder |
| 1 teaspoon | red chili powder |
| — | salt to taste |

Instructions
- 1 Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 2 Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
- 3 Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for another minute.
- 4 Add the pork cubes to the pan and cook until they are browned on all sides.
- 5 Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt over the pork, and mix well.
- 6 Add the chopped mustard leaves to the pan, and stir to combine with the pork.
- 7 Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients, and bring to a boil.
- 8 Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let it simmer until the pork is tender and the mustard leaves are cooked, about 30 minutes.
