| 1 small | onion, finely chopped |
| 1 small | green chili, finely chopped |
| 2 tablespoons | fresh coriander leaves, chopped |

| 1 tablespoon | oil for cooking |
Instructions
- 1 In a mixing bowl, combine ragi flour, chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, and salt.

- 3 Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat and add a few drops of oil.
- 4 Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to form a thin circle.
- 5 Cook on medium heat until the edges start to lift and the bottom is cooked, about 2-3 minutes.

- 7 Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding oil as needed.
- 8 Serve hot with chutney or curry of your choice.
Tips
Ensure the batter is smooth and lump-free for evenly cooked rotis.
