Ingredients
| 1 cup | semolina (ravva) |
| 1 cup | sugar |
| 1/4 cup | ghee |
| 2 tablespoons | cashew nuts |
| 2 tablespoons | raisins |
| 1/4 teaspoon | cardamom powder |
| 1/4 cup | milk |
Instructions
- 1 Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- 2 Add cashew nuts and raisins to the pan and fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- 3 In the same pan, add semolina and roast on low flame until it turns light golden and aromatic.
- 4 Add sugar to the roasted semolina and mix well.
- 5 Add cardamom powder, fried cashew nuts, and raisins to the mixture.
- 6 Gradually add warm milk to the mixture, stirring continuously.
- 7 Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly until it's warm to the touch.
- 8 Shape the mixture into small laddus by taking a portion in your hand and pressing it into a ball.
- 9 Allow the laddus to cool completely and set before serving.
Tips
Ensure the semolina is roasted well to enhance the flavor of the laddus.
