1 teaspoon | Mustard Seed |

1 teaspoon | Cumin , seeds |

1 pinch | Asafoetida |
|
1 teaspoon | Turmeric powder |
|
1 teaspoon | Red chili powder |
|
1 teaspoon | Coriander powder |
|
1 teaspoon | Jaggery |
|
1 teaspoon | Salt |
|
1 tablespoon | Cilantro , chopped, fresh |

1 cup | Water |
Instructions
- 1 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 2 Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- 3 Add cumin seeds and asafoetida, sauté for a few seconds.
- 4 Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder.
- 5 Pour in the fresh orange juice and water, mix well.
- 6 Add jaggery and salt, stir until jaggery dissolves completely.
- 7 Bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- 8 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.

Use freshly squeezed orange juice for the best flavor.
