Ingredients
| 1 cup | sattu (roasted gram flour) |
| 1/2 cup | powdered sugar |
| 1/4 cup | ghee |
| 1/4 teaspoon | cardamom powder |
| 2 tablespoons | chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios) |
| — | pinch of salt |
Instructions
- 1 In a mixing bowl, combine sattu, powdered sugar, and cardamom powder.
- 2 Heat ghee in a small pan until it melts.
- 3 Pour the melted ghee over the sattu mixture.
- 4 Add a pinch of salt and mix everything thoroughly until it resembles a crumbly dough.
- 5 Add chopped nuts to the mixture and combine well.
- 6 Take a small portion of the mixture in your hand and shape it into a round ball (ladoo).
- 7 Repeat the process with the remaining mixture to form more ladoos.
- 8 Allow the ladoos to cool and set for a few minutes before serving.
Tips
Ensure the ghee is warm but not too hot when mixing with the sattu to help bind the ingredients effectively.
