1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup ghee
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
pinch of salt

Instructions

  2. 2 Heat ghee in a small pan until it melts.
  3. 3 Pour the melted ghee over the sattu mixture.
  4. 4 Add a pinch of salt and mix everything thoroughly until it resembles a crumbly dough.
  5. 5 Add chopped nuts to the mixture and combine well.
  6. 6 Take a small portion of the mixture in your hand and shape it into a round ball (ladoo).
  7. 7 Repeat the process with the remaining mixture to form more ladoos.
  8. 8 Allow the ladoos to cool and set for a few minutes before serving.

Tips

Ensure the ghee is warm but not too hot when mixing with the sattu to help bind the ingredients effectively.
