Ingredients

4 tablespoons sattu (roasted gram flour)
2 cups cold water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 pinch black salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1 In a mixing bowl, add sattu and cold water.
  2. 2 Stir the mixture thoroughly until the sattu is completely dissolved.
  3. 3 Add sugar, black salt, lemon juice, and roasted cumin powder to the mixture.
  4. 4 Mix well until all the ingredients are combined and the sugar is dissolved.
  5. 5 Pour the sattu sharbat into glasses.
  6. 6 Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
