Ingredients
| 4 tablespoons | sattu (roasted gram flour) |
| 2 cups | cold water |
| 2 tablespoons | sugar |
| 1 pinch | black salt |
| 1 teaspoon | lemon juice |
| 1 teaspoon | roasted cumin powder |
| — | mint leaves for garnish |
Instructions
- 1 In a mixing bowl, add sattu and cold water.
- 2 Stir the mixture thoroughly until the sattu is completely dissolved.
- 3 Add sugar, black salt, lemon juice, and roasted cumin powder to the mixture.
- 4 Mix well until all the ingredients are combined and the sugar is dissolved.
- 5 Pour the sattu sharbat into glasses.
- 6 Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
