Ingredients
| 200 ml | heavy cream |
| 100 g | sweetened condensed milk |
| 100 g | Marie biscuits |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |
| — | chocolate shavings for garnish (optional) |
Instructions
- 1 Crush the Marie biscuits into a fine powder using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- 2 In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- 3 Gently fold the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract into the whipped cream until well combined.
- 4 In serving glasses or bowls, layer the dessert by adding a layer of crushed biscuits, followed by a layer of the cream mixture.
- 5 Repeat the layering process until the ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
- 6 Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours to set.
- 7 Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
Tips
For a richer flavor, use a good quality vanilla extract and ensure the cream is well chilled before whipping.
