Ingredients

Chicken Breast 500 grams Chicken Breast , cut into cubes
Yogurt 1/2 cup Yogurt , plain
lemon juice 3 tablespoons Lemon juice

tomato paste 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
paprika 2 teaspoons Paprika
Cumin 1 teaspoon Cumin , ground
Coriander 1 teaspoon Coriander , ground
salt 1 teaspoon Salt
Black Pepper 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper , to taste
cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Wooden Skewer Wooden Skewer , soaked in water

Instructions

  1. 1 In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, tomato paste, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. 2 Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat all pieces evenly.
  3. 3 Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  4. 4 Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning during grilling.
  5. 5 Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. 6 Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers.
  7. 7 Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
