Ingredients
| 500 grams | chicken breast, cut into cubes |
| 1/2 cup | plain yogurt |
| 3 tablespoons | lemon juice |
| 2 tablespoons | olive oil |
| 4 cloves | garlic, minced |
| 1 tablespoon | tomato paste |
| 2 teaspoons | paprika |
| 1 teaspoon | ground cumin |
| 1 teaspoon | ground coriander |
| 1 teaspoon | salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | black pepper |
| 1/4 teaspoon | cayenne pepper |

Instructions
- 1 In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, tomato paste, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- 2 Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat all pieces evenly.
- 3 Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- 4 Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning during grilling.
- 5 Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- 6 Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers.
- 7 Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
- 8 Serve hot with pita bread, garlic sauce, and a side of salad.
Tips
For a more authentic taste, grill the skewers over charcoal.
