2 cloves | Garlic , minced |

1 teaspoon | Oregano , dried |

1 teaspoon | Thyme , dried |

1 teaspoon | Salt |

0.5 teaspoon | Black Pepper , to taste |

1 | Red Onion , cut into wedges |
|
1 | Bell Pepper , green, cut into chunks |

4 | Wooden Skewer , soaked in water |
Instructions
- 1 Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized cubes.
- 2 In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- 3 Add the pork cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- 4 Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- 5 Thread the marinated pork cubes onto the soaked skewers, alternating with pieces of red onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper.
- 6 Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and the vegetables are slightly charred.
- 7 Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Tips
For a more authentic flavor, try using a charcoal grill. Serve with warm pita bread and tzatziki sauce.
