| 1 teaspoon | loose black tea leaves |
| 2 tablespoons | sugar |
| 1 inch | cinnamon stick |
| 3 | cardamom pods, crushed |
| 2 | cloves |
| 1 teaspoon | lemon juice |

Instructions
- 1 Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
- 2 Add the loose black tea leaves, sugar, cinnamon stick, crushed cardamom pods, and cloves to the boiling water.
- 3 Let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- 4 Strain the tea into cups.
- 5 Add a teaspoon of lemon juice to each cup and stir well.
- 6 Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
