2 cups ponk (fresh tender sorghum)
1 cup sev (thin crispy chickpea flour noodles)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala
salt to taste
2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1 Clean the ponk thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or husk.
  2. 2 In a large mixing bowl, combine the ponk and sev.
  3. 3 Add lemon juice, red chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt to the bowl.
  4. 4 Mix all the ingredients well until the ponk is evenly coated with the spices.
  5. 5 Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves before serving.
  6. 6 Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh and crunchy texture.
