1 teaspoon | Cumin , powder |

1 teaspoon | Coriander powder |

1 tablespoon | Lemon juice |

2 tablespoons | Oil |

Instructions
- 1 Cut the cauliflower into medium-sized florets and wash thoroughly.
- 2 In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, oil, and salt to taste.
- 3 Mix the marinade well until smooth and lump-free.
- 4 Add the cauliflower florets to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- 5 Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- 6 Arrange the marinated cauliflower florets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 7 Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is cooked through and slightly charred on the edges.
- 8 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
Tips
For a smokier flavor, you can grill the cauliflower on a barbecue instead of baking.
