Ingredients

Cauliflower 1 medium Cauliflower , grated
Yogurt 1 cup Yogurt
Gram Flour 2 tablespoons Gram Flour
ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
red chili powder 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
garam masala 1 teaspoon Garam masala
Cumin 1 teaspoon Cumin , powder
coriander powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
lemon juice 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
oil 2 tablespoons Oil
salt Salt , to taste
Cilantro Cilantro , fresh, for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1 Cut the cauliflower into medium-sized florets and wash thoroughly.
  2. 2 In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, oil, and salt to taste.
  3. 3 Mix the marinade well until smooth and lump-free.
  4. 4 Add the cauliflower florets to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  5. 5 Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  6. 6 Arrange the marinated cauliflower florets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. 7 Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is cooked through and slightly charred on the edges.
  8. 8 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.

Tips

For a smokier flavor, you can grill the cauliflower on a barbecue instead of baking.
