Ingredients

1 cup wheat flour
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
2 green onions, chopped
1 cup cottage cheese
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg

Instructions

  1. 1 In a bowl, mix wheat flour and water to form a smooth dough. Add salt and knead well.
  2. 2 Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. 3 Divide the dough into small portions and roll each into a thin circle.
  4. 4 In a pan, melt butter and sauté chopped green onions until fragrant.
  5. 5 Add cottage cheese to the pan and season with black pepper. Mix well.
  6. 6 Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture onto each dough circle.
  7. 7 Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape and seal the edges.
  8. 8 Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently drop the filled dough pieces into the water.
  9. 9 Cook for about 10-12 minutes until the dough is cooked through.
  10. 10 In a separate pan, fry the egg and serve it on top of the cooked Tapu.

Tips

Ensure the edges of the dough are sealed well to prevent the filling from leaking during cooking.
