| 1 cup | mustard greens |
| 2 cloves | garlic |
| 1 small | onion |
| 1 tablespoon | mustard oil |

| 1 teaspoon | red chili powder |
Instructions
- 1 Finely chop the mustard greens, garlic, and onion.
- 2 Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 3 Add chopped garlic and onion to the pan and sauté until golden brown.
- 4 Add the fermented fish to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5 Mix in the chopped mustard greens and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- 6 Season with salt and red chili powder, adjusting to taste.
- 7 Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.

For a more authentic taste, use locally sourced fermented fish. Adjust the chili powder to your spice preference.
