1 cup fermented fish
1 cup mustard greens
2 cloves garlic
1 small onion
1 tablespoon mustard oil
salt to taste
1 teaspoon red chili powder

Instructions

  1. 1 Finely chop the mustard greens, garlic, and onion.
  2. 2 Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3 Add chopped garlic and onion to the pan and sauté until golden brown.
  4. 4 Add the fermented fish to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5 Mix in the chopped mustard greens and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. 6 Season with salt and red chili powder, adjusting to taste.
  7. 7 Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.

Tips

For a more authentic taste, use locally sourced fermented fish. Adjust the chili powder to your spice preference.
