Ingredients
| 1 cup | Greek yogurt |
| 1 | medium cucumber, grated |
| 2 cloves | garlic, minced |
| 1 tablespoon | olive oil |
| 1 tablespoon | fresh dill, chopped |
| 1 tablespoon | fresh lemon juice |
| — | salt to taste |
| — | black pepper to taste |
Instructions
- 1 Place the grated cucumber in a clean cloth and squeeze out excess water.
- 2 In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped dill, and lemon juice.
- 3 Stir the mixture well to combine all the ingredients.
- 4 Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 5 Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 6 Serve chilled as a dip or side dish.
Tips
For a thicker consistency, strain the yogurt overnight in a cheesecloth.
