1 tablespoon | Soy sauce |

1 teaspoon | Sesame oil |
|
1 teaspoon | Ginger , finely chopped |
|
1 clove | Garlic , finely chopped |

Instructions
- 1 In a bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced ginger, minced garlic, and finely chopped scallion.
- 2 Beat the egg and add half of it to the pork mixture, reserving the other half for sealing the wontons.
- 3 Place a teaspoon of the pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- 4 Brush the edges of the wrapper with the reserved beaten egg, fold to form a triangle, and press to seal.
- 5 Bring chicken broth to a boil in a pot. Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper to taste.
- 6 Gently drop wontons into the boiling broth and cook for about 5 minutes until they float to the surface.
- 7 Add chopped bok choy to the broth and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- 8 Ladle soup into bowls, ensuring each serving has wontons and bok choy.
- 9 Garnish with sliced scallions before serving.
Tips
Ensure the wontons are sealed tightly to prevent filling from leaking during cooking.
